On May 21st, 2024, the fourth OREN Multiplier Event was carried out in Castuera, Spain. This event, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Badajoz counted with the presence of more than 60 entrepreneurs and company representatives.
Mariano García, president of the Badajoz Chamber of Commerce, welcomed everyone to the event with an opening speech.
During the development of the OREN Project the environmental, socioeconomic and geographic factors that influence the success of enterprises in rural areas have been analysed. The project has also focused on developing and promoting work-based learning for agricultural entrepreneurs to increase their entrepreneurial skills and adaptability in a constantly changing environment. This research and materials, let to a very interesting and engaging presentation of OREN Project Results encompassed in the event.
The last act of the event, consisted of a talk on “How to lead and motivate your team with rigour and humour” given by Alfonso Alcántara, a well-known business speaker.
